Terms of service
These terms govern your use of primoluck.com and any purchase you make from it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Primo Luck" mean the operator of primoluck.com.
1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order, and must provide accurate billing and shipping information.
2. Products and descriptions. We describe our products as accurately as we can, including real measurements and materials. Product photography is representative; colours can vary slightly between screens, and packaging may change without notice. Where a product is described as compatible with a particular phone model, that compatibility is stated per model at the point of sale — please select your model carefully, as compatibility is the most common cause of returns.
3. Pricing and availability. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Compare-at prices refer to the combined typical retail price of the items included, not to a former price on this site. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
4. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where an address cannot be delivered to — and will refund you in full if we do.
5. Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other providers shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
6. Shipping, returns and warranty. Our Shipping policy and our Return and refund policy form part of these terms. They set out delivery times, the 30-day return window, who pays return shipping, and the two-year limited warranty on the Carbon Fiber Pixelsnap Case.
7. Intellectual property. The Primo Luck name, logo, site design and original copy and imagery are ours. Product names and trademarks belonging to others — including Google, Pixel, Pixelsnap and Qi2 — are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe compatibility. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
8. Acceptable use. Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to scrape, resell or republish its content without permission.
9. Disclaimers. The site and its content are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any product or to your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including damage to a mobile device. Our cases are protective accessories, not a guarantee against damage.
11. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island.
13. Changes. We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
